General Questions

For U.A.E customers, we can facilitate an in-person appointment at your Residence or Office for Bulk orders and special requirements. If you are interested in learning more about this, please contact us at info@giovanihome.com

If you live outside the U.A.E and would like to experience our furniture in person, contact us at info@giovanihome.com to learn about the closest Hotel, Restaurant, or Public space using the Giovani Home line. 

Orders placed in the U.A.E: 7- 10 Days

 

If you need your furniture faster we can often expedite production for a small fee. Please contact delivery@giovanihome.com and let us know your timeline. Large-scale commercial orders may be subject to longer lead times. 

The sooner the better, of course, but we’ll help in any way we can. If
you’d like to make a change, such as request a different finish, modify
your shipping address, or cancel your order, please send us an email help@giovanihome.com


If we have begun production of your order and you choose to cancel, you
may be subject to a cancellation fee up to, but not to exceed our
Restocking fee on returns.

For special projects, interior designers, and commercial customers
purchasing in large quantities we can often support finish
customization's and alternative materials. Our ability to do so is
dependent on quantity, timeline and specifications. Please email us partner@giovanihome.com if you would like to learn more. 

We frequently partner with architecture and design firms to provide
seating for restaurant, contemporary office spaces and residential
interiors. We put the same care and consideration into small scale
projects, as we do the ones that require hundreds of pieces. 

Returns

7 Day Change of Mind Returns Policy

Not a perfect match? No worries! If an item isn’t right for you, return
it in its original condition and packaging for a refund by submitting
our return form within 7 days of receiving the delivery. The 7 day
return period will commence from the date you receive the goods you have
purchased and applies to any reason, even change of mind. 

We’ll arrange the return delivery and you will receive a refund, less any re-shipping
